A reliable optician with a large variety of frames and lenses. Prices are reasonable and there is less focus on brand names compared to other opticians at First Markham Place. The focus here is functionality meeting trends, not just the latest fad but not the oldest "classics". Quality is great and Josephine will try to help resolve any issues with products by recommending alternatives or adjustments. Josephine will personally offer advice on what products to choose, and patiently listens to every customer's requests.
Very busy on the weekends in the afternoon due to popularity, and all service is walk-in, first come first serve basis. Consider taking a stroll around the mall until the store clears up a bit instead of waiting in the store to avoid congestion.
