- they helped me adjust the frames of my previous old glasses for free
- they supported direct billing to my insurance company
- although this place was filled with people, the staff is taking care of everybody in the shop
- the doctor who did the eye exam was professional and kind. He spent more time than other optometrist to let me walk around and try different lenses
- the staff listened carefully to my needs. I’m very picky on the weight of the glasses because I have a pretty strong subscription. They told me the factors that might affect the weight, and helped me choose the one that best suits me -
