They are very attentive and patient each time we visit and we can depend on them for honest feedback and opinions on their fashionable eyewear. All our purchases have been great experiences and Flo is definitely a great optical store for the entire family.

The first time I went to First Markham Place, I bought one pair of glasses from each store around Flo Optical because I had a break-in and all my glasses got stolen overnight. Tanya, Tara and Josephine are the best with helping me get the most suitable pair for my long face. I have been wearing only glasses from Flo Optical, a long face dressed with a smile as in my photo.

Previously, I shopped at bigger stores for glasses and the sincerity in services pale in comparison. The shop may be smaller, but they can always orders styles of your liking. Will definitely be back.
