Being new in Canada, I had many questions and doubts throughout but William explianed the knitty gritty of each step. He ensured that I was educated about the whats and whys of every aspect and answered all my queries promptly with utmost patience.
William guided me at every point and informed me of the next steps well in advance which saved me alot of time and efforts.

Not only he has full dominion of the market but is also an excellent adviser who will be by your side at ALL TIME throughout your process until the very end (and beyond if you need him). Seriously, 5 stars are not enough to define his excellence. He is an extraordinary, tireless individual who really puts his clients first. Today I sucessfully closed a good deal for our family, after few days of intense but fruitful work. For that and the opportunity he helped me find 5 years ago, I will be forever greatful.
