She pulled out all the stops to find us an amazing property that wasn't even on our radar, and she expertly negotiated with the seller to get our FIRST offer accepted, UNDER asking, in a seller's market AND in the middle of a pandemic. Most recently, Kim lead me through my first time home buying experience. Kim was patient, and thorough. She took the time to get to know my needs, and provide her own expertise on how to pursue our home buying adventure. Kim is extremely dependable and responsive, which made me feel supported the entire time.

She was prepared showing up to our first meeting with accurate comps and was very detailed in going over the process of selling my condo. It was really evident she did her due diligence. She was also very responsive and provided regular updates. Everything from the staging to the photography was done at such a professional level I was truly impressed. My place sold faster than I expected and for significantly over asking. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell or lease.

(June 7, 2017, 1:44 pm)Kim is absolutely phenomenal at what she does. I highly recommend her to anyone selling, buying or leasing. Personally, I used her services to lease my new place. The amount of comments I receive from visitors telling me that we "really scored" with our place, or "I can't believe how big it is compared to what you're paying" is astounding. The most important thing is that we feel that way too! We would have never been able to land such a great place if it weren't for Kim and all her hard work. The experience I had with Kim was top notch - she's a treasure to the business and a pleasure to work with.
Way to go Kim, keep up the great work!
