We got into a bidding war and lost out on the first property but were able to beat the market and secured another property. The second property exceeded our expectations and we ended up making it our new home. Marnie then listed our primary home and stuck it out with us as the market dropped and we were both in it for the long haul. Through perseverance and creative marketing we finally accepted an offer that we were happy with. Through the experience we bought and sold two houses and gained a friend. Thanks Marnie.
