(March 11, 2022, 8:23 pm)Amazing professional staff. Large facility with plenty of bags and mat space. There is a boxing ring available too. Place is very clean and bright. Exercise machines, stretching area and free weights available. Free on site parking. Octagon Store inside for all your MMA needs. Lodge upstairs if you are waiting around. Bus stops near by.

(October 18, 2021, 1:45 am)What stands out about Evolve is the staff. They genuinely care about you. They’re friendly, understanding and passionate. I’m by no means an athlete but they treat me with the same respect and care as anyone else. They made me feel welcome. For a guy who hates working out, that’s everything. I actually enjoy going there because I know they’ll be there pushing me to be my best.
