(June 14, 2019, 10:26 pm)I love this place! Karina has been the best personal trainer a gal could ask for! She's tough but we have so much fun working out and getting me closer to my goals. Side note... I love how clean the staff keep this place and it's even better that they don't use heavy chemicals on the equipment.

For training purposes I find it a great spot to buy class packages that don’t expire, so you can switch up your training routine and do a group class! Their walk-in class schedule is posted on their website and many other training programs available. Always feel motivated leaving here! Great exercises, clean, modern facility! Worth coming in and trying it out!!!
