(July 6, 2021, 12:43 am)Started my third series of virtual yoga classes with Florin. He's an excellent teacher--clear instructions, class fits any level of skill from beginner on. He offers support, options re level of challenge and adaptations and encourages feedback. All with a delightful, gentle sense of humour.

Especially wonderful during Covid lockdown, but really just a joy to be able to easily be part of his live Zoom class in my own home. It is wonderful. I am so happy he is going to continue to offer his virtual chair yoga classes even if we are all able to go outside and be with other people again. Just wonderful!

I started doing in class sessions with Florin but since our second lockdown due to Covid, he quickly switched to virtual classes .... He is doing such an amazing job of it!
The picture and the sound are clear. He is always checking in to make sure that we are all doing well out there in virtual land. He always asks for our feedback at the end of the class.
He continues to offer a great variety of poses, changing it up with every class & offering modifications as needed.
I recommend Yoga with Florin without hesitation.

Since joining his virtual classes I have noticed that my chronic pain has lessened, along with my medication intake, and as a bonus I have lost a few inches and pounds! Florin is an outstanding yoga instructor! 11/10 would highly recommend his virtual classes!

(March 2, 2021, 2:36 am)I am so thankful to have Florin's yoga classes available. I always loved them at my gym in Toronto. He was always so encouraging, energetic and warm hearted while giving me a great workout. Now, with zoom, I get to do yoga with Florin in the comfort of my own home!
