She has a wide variety of options in class, takes time and care to ensure all participants are doing the moves safely and correctly to maximize the benefit to the individual. She is personable so classes are not only challenging, but fun. I started with her stand up paddle Pilates classes and moved into the studio after the summer. If you are looking for something to make a difference for you, Pilates by Jess is your answer!
