(September 16, 2020, 8:52 pm)Recently had a problem with a return that had me leaving, shall we say, less than enthused. The manager, Tim, contacted me a day or two later and was easily with one the most courteous, generous, helpful and understanding people I have ever dealt with. Going way above what was necessary to help me. I don't recall the name of the employee with whom I originally dealt, but he was a great guy as well and was only doing his job. Can't be faulted. I sure hope that the company appreciates how talented and dedicated these employees are and treats them accordingly.
