(November 28, 2019, 2:21 pm)Big shout out to Virginia, great personality and very customer focused attitude! While, I was looking for some items online, I had experienced problems placing the order. Instead, I decided to call the Pen Centre location and was fortunate to speak with Virginia. I gave her the product numbers and she confirmed all were at the Pen Centre location. Virginia placed them on hold for me and when I picked them up a short while afterwards she greeted me with a very welcoming smile and completed my purchase. She's a great asset and a very pleasant person. This makes a big difference!
