The employees were all so helpful and accommodating, and even though I went in on Boxing Day (very busy!) there was always someone available to help me out and answer my questions. I usually cannot find bras in my size, but with help from employees I found exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely go out of my way to go to the Pen Centre location again next time.

Sale was on and I was a little frazzled.
The sales staff,two wonderful gals handed me a bag,
Reached for my sizes (I had 3 sets I was looking for..gifts)
Went to the stockroom....I was set within minutes and all with their help
Outstanding great day
I left...with gift boxes ,tissue to match and ladies who cared to make my
