I personally haven't had any issues with ballantry homes I work with many builders and I have always said that when I buy a home it would be from ballantry and I still stand by that cause they are the only one I would trust.
Now yes the condo that they built in oakville did have some issues but so does a lot of things and I must say given that this was there very first condo the building looks amazing, the issues were not a lot and they didnt cheap out on many things that went into the building like other builders would do.
when ever I did call the site with issues they get someone right away to fix them and that's all you can ask for.
I'm on the top floor and I haven't had any issues at all and I'm actually looking into buying another house from ballantry
