Instead of making me wait on the phone while they searched up the parts and price, they took my information and called me back with all the information I needed before deciding to move forward (which I did). Great service. Decent price for the repair. Would definitely recommend.

(January 23, 2021, 10:26 pm)All I can say is amazing!!! I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who saved all of my data from a very decrepit and malfunctioning phone. I didn't think it would be possible based on the state of my screen but she went above and beyond to make it work. The data transfer was literally challenge upon challenge, but her expertise was evident. Customer service was great, work was fast, and price very reasonable. Half of my life was on that phone, thank you for saving it for me!!!😅 Would highly recommend Mobile Klinik at the Walmart location.

(September 12, 2020, 11:48 pm)I was referred to them through Rogers. Honestly speaking, they surprised me with their responsiveness and professionalism. The lady in the hijaab took my service call and was very kind to explain the steps and procedure. I got same day service and got my phone back within a couple of hours.
Everything was right. They replaced my cracked screen. The place is within wal-mart. I thought it would be crowded or they might be busy but they were very much on top of things. I didnt pay a penny as I had device protection on my phone so I was covered.
Kudos to the team especially the hijaab lady who was very courteous and accomodating. 10 on10 - perfect example of excellent customer service.
