Mustafa is a great trainer and couch! He’s also a doctor. He’s been a trainer for almost 4 years. He is a great trainer and is incredibly kind. He is also very knowledgeable with all things fitness and health. He pushes me harder than i’ve ever been pushed. If you want someone to push you to be the best version of you, then Mustafa is your guy.
