The service is top notch. In this case, you pay for what you get. I car was in for a four hour service. It was done on time. The customer lounge was comfortable and staff were attentive. Rather than going off to my office I managed to get more work done in the lounge. A very productive comfortable day.

Marcus in Sales was excellent with helping my wife purchase her IS350. The F-sport option hit all the marks for her. Other dealers offering the same vehicle did not take into consideration what she wanted from the vehicle.. Marcus did! Lexus of Oakville is the only place we take the vehicle for service since pricing is competitive, but more importantly everyone in the service department really looks after the vehicle.
