(November 26, 2022, 5:06 pm)Purchased a Mercedes Benz GLK350 over a month ago, and loving it - no issues at all! Couple of signs if an amazing dealership:
1. Very selective of inventory - you’ll see that Divan doesn’t overload with whatever he can get his hands on, but really careful and selective if the car he sells, which all of them are stored indoors!
2. There are no “salesman” for the cars. It’s Divan, the owner himself, as well as his family, helping you out. (It’s a family business)
3. They’re available for any questions about the vehicle, even after purchase. During my experience, there were also some of his long-time clients who’s on a first name basis with him, picking out the next car, which is a good sign of long-term credibility.
This is the ideal auto dealership! -

Very professional, got everything done in a timely manner. Had some small requests on top of the repairs and they easily accepted and did them for me.

After it failed both tests, Arman quickly notified me and identified all the problems. Arman took care of me and worked thoroughly on my civic, updating me on every step. Talk to Arman, he's your guy.

As someone who has been obsessed with cars, performance and craftsmanship my whole life - I can promise you that dealerships don’t get better than Arak.
Not only do I recommend them, but I will also be going back as my car needs continue to evolve.
