Ryan Ward is a no-BS sales person which I really appreciated.
My personal experience in March 2019 was that the brand new Audi S3 was accidentally scratched at the dealership before I picked it up. The dealership has offered multiple solutions (fix the dent, bring a similar car from another dealership, etc.), and has provided a loaner car while this was getting solved. The dent has been repaired flawlessly, and I decided to go ahead with the car, which is very fun to drive.
I also liked dealing with Emma who is extremely efficient and knowledgeable. She made the lease and window tinting process an absolute breeze!
One area of improvement would be a more organized reception desk; it's hit or miss: one day they greet you and make an effort to understand what you want, another - they don't really pay attention and send you to a wrong department. -
