  I called Environmental Plumbing as I needed to get a quote over the phone. It was a pretty standard leak. I was able to send pictures to Gary and he was able to tell me over the phone what he could do to help. On New Year's Eve he came all the way over and repaired the leak in minutes!! Other companies told me it'd take a few days to even get a quote. My valves were discontinued and I was told by other companies I'd need to completely replace it to a new one. Thankfully Gary keeps spare parts exactly for this reason! He had the tiny little cap I needed and saved me HUNDREDS of dollars. I am so incredible grateful for his fast response, dedication and understanding. I'm happy to finally have a "plumber guy"!!!!

  I too must remark on Gary and Steve's ultra quick response time. Called for an inspection when water starting coming out of the floor drains. In no time the issue was solved, along with other little leaks that sprung out of completely unrelated other equipment. Environmental Plumbing exceeds expectation is tears free, stress revealing and exceptionally competent.

  We've had bathtub blues for a few years. We watched as our hot water faucet began to fail, several plumbers have been called in over the years. Everyone said, "Those fixtures are antiques, can’t be fixed must be replaced"! Recently the steady drip had become a stream. I went online checked reviews and called Environmental Plumbing. I tried to describe to Gary what was happening and how the fixtures are old or European (all the stuff we've been told over the years). Suddenly he said, I'm right around the corner I'll come by and have a look. Within the hour we had no more problem! Turns out our antiques are north American made crane fixtures! Gary had parts (new parts) on the truck. With the confidence of expertise developed through many years’ experience, coupled with a friendly (not condescending) tub-side manner and the most reasonable rate we've ever been charged, I'd recommend Environmental Plumbing to any one in need of a really great plumber.   When Gary and his assistant came to the house, I already had a preconceived idea of what the problem was, based on the advise of two other plumbers. However Gary was insistent that they were wrong. Nevertheless I had to be convinced and he and his assistant did all that was asked of them. In the end, Gary was absolutely correct, and that I did not have plumping problem. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and his price was very reasonable. Thanks Gary.
