I LOVE my Walk-in Tub
John Wilson, the owner was wonderful! He answered all of our questions, of which we had many. He was kind, professional and patient. I am finally able to enjoy soaking in a nice warm bath again. I love the warm therapeutic jets, which soothe my arthritic joints and help with my circulation, not to mention I sleep much better after a nice warm bath. I am so relieved that I no longer fear falling when getting in and out of the tub.
I would highly recommend purchasing a tub from Walk-In Tubs Ontario to anyone who wants to remain in their own home.

Just had a walk-in tub installed for a wheelchair user and Walk In Tubs Ontario did not disappoint! It was such a professional experience with this Company from the day of quote until the installation was completed. Even had followup calls from the Owner to ensure we were satisfied - John and his installation staff are both trustworthy and professional people to work with and delivered as promised. Originally, we had a barrier-free shower in the bathroom and Walk In Tubs Ontario installed our Panama tub exactly to our specifications and only had to remove 2 tiles at the drain to slide tub in - perfect installation!
