I have never stuck with a gym before, and perhaps because this is more than a gym, I have stayed with it for over a year. In studio classes are great; however, the pivot to OTlIve online has been flawless (Coach Wendy Rocks!). I was worried about my level of commitment online, but seeing familiar faces and being accountable has kept me motivated to continually invest in myself. Try a free class - you deserve it!

The entire staff take exceptional care of member safety with strict Covid standards in place. I've never seen such a clean establishment to work out in. I got to try a class for free, love that they provide that option! Check it out!!

(September 21, 2020, 3:00 pm)I joined OTF Barrhaven at the beginning of this month and I absolutely LOVE it! The team is super friendly and I'm always greeted by name as soon as I come in. The trainers also take the time to make sure your technique is correct and help you stay motivated throughout the class. I'm really happy that I chose to join this studio and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun gym experience!

(September 10, 2020, 10:08 pm)I joined Orangetheory a year before they actually opened their Barrhaven studio, I am SO happy that I did. What a GORGEOUS facility! You can tell that the staff puts so much effort into making it a great environment; everyone makes an effort to know your name and ensure you feel welcome. Orangetheory clothes are also super comfy!!! I believe it is free to try a class, so if you have not tried this facility you really should! I wish I could give you 10 stars!! Thank you for coming to Barrhaven!! Long overdue!
