    I am a Personal Trainer and a Group Fitness Instructor with over 20 years experience. I have been dealing with pain on my right side - hip, hamstring. glutes for approximately 3 months, doing physio massage therapy, Yoga Tune Up and Myofascial stretching treatments with some success. I joined Mountain Goat Yoga with a view to augment these treatments. I decided to try my first class as a Warm Restorative Yin. After this first class, I felt as if I had a new hip! The pain was barely noticeable. I have continued to attend as many Yin classes as I am able and after just one week I am no longer in pain. Thank you so much Julie! You will be seeing me many many more times!

    I have been going to Mountain Goat Yoga now for the last month. I love it there, the teachers are so kind, each class offers new poses, I feel myself getting stronger daily! It is the highlight of my day!

    Such a fantastic studio with the best instructors in the heart of Barrhaven. Every client is greeted by name and with a smile. The classes offered cater to everyone with many speciality workshops offered throughout the year. I highly recommend MGY to everyone I know. Thanks Julie...

    I have been a member for 1 year now and I love this studio. The yoga instructors are all very knowledgeable, attuned to my physical needs while still making sure the rest of the class is challenged to meet their needs.​ There is a kind, gentle and supportive nature about MountainGoat. How could there not be when a class ends with chocolate! Blessed to have found MountainGoat!!
