This review is long overdue. Roberto has been my personal trainer for some time now, and with Roberto's excellent attitude, encouragement and obvious subject matter expertise in the world of fitness and training, I am seeing results. Great results. I can't say or write enough good things about Roberto - I look forward to the workouts, I know I am in excellent hands with him and LF3 in general, and am looking forward to keeping up with my fitness regime and excellent instruction with Roberto. He's been fantastic, and is obviously very good at what he does as he is known in the community as being a fantastic coach, and that is testament to his knowledge and positive mindset. It's a privilege to work with Roberto! He's the best!

Roberto is an excellent trainer and the general manager, Brie truely cares about making sure everyone has their best experience. The class sizes are small so you get one on one access to the trainer and every morning I am welcomed with a complimentary espresso to get started. Everyone knows each other by name and I always look forward to my daily workouts!

(May 4, 2022, 6:43 pm)The vibes are absolutely immaculate! Everyone is friendly and pushes each other to do the best. Unlike other gyms there are fans to keep the place nice and comfortable while working out. Definitely would recommend!

(April 14, 2022, 3:53 pm)Love LF3! I have been doing these types of workouts for many years and I'm now retired, in my mid 60's. The physical and mental challenges provided suit me well. My strength, balance, coordination are way better to do activities I really like such as SUP, hiking and biking. The Woodroffe location has always been great, well run and active. I feel challenged at every class, be it Strong, Move or Hardcore. The variety of movements, trainer skill and enthusiasm (mainly Roberto for me, thanks!), music etc. leaves me feeling great! And I really like the people I train with - regular class members who I see weekly, chat with etc. Makes me feel good and leaves your day way better! I highly recommend LF3 as part of your fitness life!

(April 11, 2022, 3:29 am)LF3 is an amazing gym!! The staff members are always so friendly and welcoming, the trainers are great and very motivating, the classes are well structured and the entire facility is very clean. I’m so grateful I joined. Highly recommend!
