(February 17, 2021, 1:40 am)I started going to Pure Energy Fitness Studio when Vicky first introduced Barre Fit to the Belleville area five years ago. I've been going here ever since and have thoroughly enjoyed a variety of her services, from group training, Barre class, TRX workouts, yoga, and personal training. Vicky is a wonderful, kind, caring person who is dedicated to helping everyone. She modifies her workouts to everyone's needs and is mindful of everyone's physical conditions. Her classes are full of fun energy and you definitely leave her studio feeling energized! She's very knowledgeable and professional with her personal training - if you have something you want to improve she will come up with a workout tailored to you. Her studio is spacious, open and is a very welcoming environment. The studio is well kept and she is on top of her cleaning procedures (especially with the pandemic currently going on). She goes the extra mile for her clients and I have enjoyed every workout with her over the past five years. I highly recommend Pure Energy Fitness Studio!

Vicky makes every workout specific to your needs. Even in a group setting she takes the time to be specific to each and every participant.
I definitely recommend giving it a try you won’t be disappointed. -

The owner, operator Vicky Legate streams all of your fitness requirements and limitations personally for you. No matter what your age, your fitness level. If you have medical issues or concerns, no worries, Vicky will take all of that into consideration and adapt a program for you. The comfort level at the studio is 100%.
