(November 20, 2023, 10:13 pm)Today was my second appointment with Leslie. Leslie is a Physiotherapist with a Yoga Therapy approach. This suits me perfectly because I'm a Yoga Teacher with knee and hip issues. I love that this approach can help to heal the issues that were starting to interfere with my every day life, as well as my Yoga teaching. The great thing is, that I am able to teach my yoga students some of the same modified positions for their hips and knees. A win-win I would say.

(September 24, 2023, 2:17 pm)We Thrive Wellness Centre is a little slice of heaven right in the heart of Belleville. The staff are warm, friendly, and inviting souls. I have used several of their services over the past year such as Energy Work, Sound Bath, and Yoga classes. Most recently I worked with Sarah Hutchinson, I found her to be an authentic and talented healer, a genuine gem. I truly feel supported, uplifted and rejuvenated, and highly recommend their services.

(August 13, 2023, 4:03 pm)I believe that We Thrive is the most relaxing, peaceful and calming surroundings that I have ever experienced. The staff made me feel completely at ease. As well, my massage therapist Catherine Walton, was such a calming influence. I had not felt that relaxed in forever. Catherine Walton Was a delight both in her profession as well as treating me to stories of her experiences travelling; travelling being high on my bucket list.
I could not rate We Thrive Wellness Centre with higher praise. Thank you and I look forward to coming back soon.
