(January 29, 2024, 11:52 pm)Since moving to Belleville, I've really been missing was some great group fitness classes and a sense of community. F45 offers both in spades! I immediately felt welcomed and all of my feelings of vulnerability were wiped after my first class. The coaches are attentive and I genuinely get the impression that they want you to reach your goals! I'm already looking forward to my next class.

(December 6, 2023, 11:46 pm)The best choice I have ever made for myself is to join this great place. The coaches are there for you every step of the way. Thry are welcoming and encourage everyone, nomatter what their fitness level is. The members are fun to be around and the workout is over in only 45 minutes! Gyms and personal trainers are not my typical go to measure for working out. But after I tried it, I was hooked!

I’ve been working out at f45 Belleville since they opened and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made since moving to the area. The owners & coaches are kind, empowering, fun, encouraging, and they really care about everyone who walks in the door. They welcome you with a smile, make sure you under the flow of the class, provide modifications if you’re dealing with an injury, and will push you to put in your best effort until the last second of the workout. I am amazed by the progress I’ve made with my fitness goals and habits over the last year and a half and it’s all stemmed from this wonderful gym.

(August 21, 2023, 5:44 pm)I moved to Belleville for two months during the summer of 2023 and decided to join F45 Belleville for that time period, after being part of an F45 in Toronto off and on over the years. It was a great experience! I felt welcomed right away. The coaches are friendly and make the workouts fun. I met some really nice people - everyone is super friendly. I also appreciate how the bathrooms ALWAYS had clean towels - something I especially appreciated if I forgot to check before popping in the shower!
(If I was forced to think of some constructive feedback, my only tiny bit of feedback for the team is that I do find the non-workout parts of the studio a bit cluttered - the F45 I attend in Toronto is as pristine as a science lab, so I can't help but compare it to that.)
But that doesn't take away from the community, coaches or workouts at all. Highly recommend checking out F45 Belleville - I believe you can get a 7-day pass for $7 or something like that, and I think you'll love it.
