He's knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate. Always there to answer our questions anytime which truly made us feel that he was in this with us. He was our rock. We are so happy we got to have him on our team and will be equally happy to continue working with him as we continue our home ownership journey. We highly recommend Marcus to anyone looking to buy a house.

(November 23, 2022, 2:22 pm)We went through at least 8 other brokers who all told us the same thing- we couldn’t get a mortgage until my husband’s business has two years history in Canada. A mortgage was out of the question for us. Some of these brokers have like 20 years experience and were supposed to be the best. But they all said the same thing - no. Marcus was able to work a miracle. He gave us the time of day. He didn’t say no. He kept working until he got us approved! He was so knowledgeable and super responsive. He’s amazing! The best in the province!
