She was able to get us in to a house on our terms that none of the banks could.
6 months later, she presented to us a perfect opportunity to refinance a rental and it has really set us up for success. She went above and beyond for us, we can't thank her enough.

Every question or concern we had was answered promptly, Jane went above and beyond what I expected from a mortgage broker time after time. She was diligent and paid attention to every detail. Any wrinkle we hit in the process Jane was there to advise or to bring in other people from her network when we needed to consult. I can honestly say I don't think I would be writing this review from my beautiful new home if it wasn't for Jane, she was exceptional throughout the whole process AND we got a great rate on our mortgage! I highly recommend Jane Arsenault, she is a consummate, trustworthy professional and I would absolutely work with her again in the future. Thanks Jane!

Even within a short turnaround she worked her magic, used her knowledge and guided me through the whole process. I can’t say enough amazing things about her. I have used many brokers in the past and none gave me the level of service I had with Jane!

She was fantastic in navigating what became a difficult and stressful process (due to TD, not Jane or Premier), always responsive, knowledgeable, diligent, and went above and beyond to ensure the deal got done, including a lot of extra hours the lender accountable to what they promised, coming up to Christmas.
