Luke was able to break everything down for me to fully understand all the different options that were available to me. He made it an easy process for me and made it work for me on my own time (let’s be real we all have busy lives).
Luke was easily reachable for all the questions that popped up for me along the process. He is even still engaged with keeping me up to date with rate increases and any other things that could impact me 6 months after my home has closed.
I would highly recommend Luke if you want someone who knows what they are doing and can take the time for you to understand what may be the best option for you. Thanks for your help Luke. -

Our deal contained a lot of moving parts and Luke was communicative and clear the entire time. Easy to get ahold of, and always took the time to explain everything, which as a first time home buyer, I really appreciated.
He really put in the time to make sure we got a good rate, and we locked in for one significantly below what most big banks are advertising as their going rate for mortgages.
If you're a first time home buyer, and want a good broker. Luke's your guy.
