(June 11, 2019, 4:47 pm)I walked in (for the first time) having no idea what kickboxing was: when I walked out I was already making plans to go there again as many times as possible. 9round kept you working the whole time, while working lots of different muscles. The employees are always there to keep you motivated and help you out if you need. Overall an amazing experience (with an amazing vibe in there) that I would totally do again.

My workout was difficult in a positive way and it made me feel amazing! It definitely challenged me and I feel great about it! I would definitely recommend going 100%.

(June 11, 2019, 4:34 pm)An amazing place if you want a good workout. staff are friendly and supporting, I burned more calories in 30 minutes than I would at a regular gym in two hours. Highly recommend!

(June 11, 2019, 4:32 pm)I really enjoyed this workout experience. It keeps you going for the whole 30 minutes and you break a sweat almost instantly. I love the variety of muscles that are targeted and I found it to be a really well rounded workout.
