I was at first intimidated of the thought of a spin class, and honestly that fear disappeared as soon as that first song hit. Everyone here is super welcoming and the atmosphere is amazing. I love coming back and now find it almost addicting. 100% recommend for physical health and even more importantly your mental health. P.S Steph has the most killer playlists!

The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The classes are so much fun and always leave me excited for my next class. Saikel is such a great workout , it's my favourite!
Great staff!! Really love Saikel Sound classes but all of them will get you sweating. The time flies by and when I'm done I can't wait to go back the next day!
