She helps you create new muscle memory that allows your body to move without pain and in a healthy aligned manner. I have had many injuries in my life and have always moved with pain. Taking classes with Rose has been a huge benefit and my progress has been so great my husband has even joined and had the same experience.

I love the one on one instruction it really gives Rose the ability to tailor the workout to suit my specific needs and goals. I feel amazing after my Pilates sessions and I love how MELT method has changed my body. Pilates really is for anyone at any age and rose is one of the most dedicated, educated and motivated instructors I have seen.
