If you are ever on the fence about using him as your broker, know you are in good hands and just do it. Service far outperformed anytime I have worked with big banks. Always available for a text, email, phone call, even after hours if needed. Highly recommend for any mortgage needs.

We got the house we wanted after six months of bouncing between various would-be lenders. He stands above the crowd & we would recommend him without reservation!

He not only took the time and effort to lay out all of our options, but was responsive, sincere, and at the end of the day got us a rate and relationship we were very happy with. We were also able to do all of this remotely (we’re in Toronto) and were able to quickly trust him in doing so.

He was always very good with follow-ups and responding to emails/phone calls. He did more for us than our local bank and was always available. We highly recommend his services.
