We really appreciated how he clearly communicated and explained aspects of the housing market, the process of buying a home, and what to look for and expect during the process of house hunting and purchasing. We were very impressed with how available Dustin made himself to us, responding promptly to texts and emails, and accommodating our schedule to the very best of his ability. He gave trusted advice and when he shared experiences of other clients, he always spoke with confidence and with respect to people's privacy; that made us know that our experiences with him would also be kept professional. Dustin also provided us contacts for other professionals needed along the way (lawyer, mortgage broker, contractors, etc.).
Following our superb experience in his care, my mother now wants to have him help with the sale of her house.

As first-time home buyers new to Powell River, over the course of several months, my husband and I viewed numerous properties with Dustin and asked him what felt like millions of questions along the way. From day one of our search to closing date, Dustin was unwaveringly responsive, engaged, insightful, patient, friendly, professional and, most importantly, trustworthy; he truly made us feel like we were his only clients (we weren't), and we are incredibly grateful to have had him on our side. Dustin is an exceptional real estate agent. 10/10 recommend.

When we finally were ready to put an offer down, Dustin jedi negotiating skills shined through and had our best interest every step of the way.
