Even when buying from someone you know & trust, it helps to have a real estate agent who is able to look out for issues most people wouldn't know to watch out for. I can happily recommend Bill to anyone else dealing with home buying or selling.

(November 22, 2022, 8:54 pm)Bill brings a rare down to earth feel which is incredibly welcome in this day of fancy pants realtors. He was informative, responsive, and proactive without feeling pressure from him in any way. He demonstrated excellent local knowledge of the area and I would use him again without hesitation. Choose the tweed hat sweater guy rather than the suite and overcompensating watch, you won't regret it! Sidenote: It feels good knowing I am supporting someone who has put years of service in the local school system prior to pursuing a career in real estate.
