They made an up to date marketing plan for my older but well kept sailboat. Then they spent the time to get the boat ready and offered suggestions that increased the likelihood of success. I was kept well informed and there was always plenty of coordial communications between myself and the broker.
Justin Mede handled the various would be purchasers professionally with no unnecessary incursions onto the boat. The documentation deposits and conditions were executed on time and in order.
If you want service either buying or selling Caliber brings a whole new professionalism into the market. Yes, you pay, but the relief of not dealing with buyers and sellers who can be particular and have expectations is well worth it.
The whole process was smooth and enjoyable. The outcome ensured everyone was happy: Im glad they handled the deal.
