(November 8, 2021, 9:17 pm)Have an old Kenmore SE standup I got from my parents ages ago that is nice because it has all the attachments for really tight spaces, but the belt broke. Figuring it was old it'd be hard to replace. I went into advantage on a whim while getting my insurance renewed next door to ask how hard it was to get the part. Barely 3 words from my lips and he handed me a belt that was a perfect fit and the old beast is back as new. Maybe belts are standardized and easy to replace, but to a layman like me who doesn't want to be a vacuum expert himself, its comforting to deal with someone who can, in the right instance, instinctually solve your issues in seconds. A true expert.

(March 19, 2021, 9:32 pm)Now that's customer service!! Advantage Vacuums' supplier didn't have the part we needed in stock, but that didn't stop Scott from sending me a link to order the item myself. Way to go Scott!! Very grateful. Excellent customer service.

I was having troubles with my built in vacuum. They help me out and fixed my vacuum in a cost effective way. Allowing me to keep my old power head and they found a hose and Vacuum bags that would work with my older built in vacuum system. I thought that I was going to need to purchase a new System. They are so honest (as they could have sold me a new system but they recommended just getting a few parts.
They really are professional experts with Vacuums.
Hats off to the young Man at the "Advantage Vacuum shop in Nanaimo".
