I’ve been going to Anchour Pharmacy for about 5 years and from the very first visit I was greeted with an amazing welcome and the best customer service. Tyrk and Rana are truly kind and caring people. Always so helpful even when I would call or show up right before closing. Never made me feel that I was an inconvenience. When they increased their staff they too carry the same customer service. I feel like I’ve known them my entire life. If you want the best pharmacists in town who actually care to the point of going over and above to give you the best customer service than you should go to Anchour Pharmacy on Waddington road. Absolutely the best pharmacy EVER! Scripts are filled so quickly & the pharmacist goes out of their way to ensure we are getting the highest quality of service.
I got tired of using Costco's pharmacy, even tho their service fee is the lowest in Nanaimo. Long line-ups waiting, waiting waiting. I felt like I was just another # contributing to someone's bottom line. I changed to Anchor Compounding after being diagnosed with Diabetes 2 in Feb. 2020 + have not regretted my decision. Yes, they do have a service fee, but it's true "you get what you pay for" in Nanaimo. Their staff, who are always so friendly, efficient, knowledgeable + professional, make you feel like they actually care about you. I'm grateful they deliver my meds to my home + I prefer to support my local businesses anyways. Highly recommend Anchor Compounding!
