(February 9, 2023, 10:03 pm)The most cleanest , professional environment to work out . Farhad is an amazing personal trainer . He is seriously knowledgeable and knows how to train and gets right to the point . No BS no talking
No gimmicks . He gets straight to the point. His workouts give you a massive pump ! Like I’ve never experienced before ! He also knows exactly how far he should take you based on your level of strength and health . He is very gentle and perfectly accurate on how much you can handle . I’ve been using him for 3 years solid and I would never trust anyone else with my personal training . He is very polite and most importantly he knows how to train you !
