Came to the gym with a basic level of weight training basics only - then they took me to a new level. In my 20s I was around 170lbs, did the Grouse Grind in about 52~60 mins. Entering my 30s, I'm at 180lbs with more muscle, better lift #s than ever, and my Grouse Grind is now down to sub-50 on a regular basis. Best shape of my life, doing movements & lifts I never imagined possible, performing gymnastics movements I did not know was possible. It pushes me to the limits in the most positive ways. 6+ years a member and counting.
Great gym with excellent training and programming. Only negative is no proper changing rooms with showers and floor space is limited for large classes.
