  I am very pleased with this gym so far. The gentleman who signed me up remembers my name and greets me every time he sees me (great customer service there). There are some rather firm sales tactics but if you go in understanding your limits and how sales work (at least in my experience) you'll be just fine. The equipment is on a whole well maintained and the change rooms are beautiful. This is my regular gym and I'm not entirely sure if I'd go to the gym so regularly if I had to go to any other location.

  Great club and facility but the constant calls to get me to sign up (I’m already signed up) is getting super annoying.
  
  Edit: the company responded and stopped the calls. Hope they have implemented a better system so other members aren’t getting unnecessary calls either. Rating changed from 2 stars to 4 stars.

  Everything from the equipment to the service here has been top-notch!
  
  The GM was extremely helpful in the orientation process and went out of her way to assist me with some follow-up questions. Even the cleaning staff were super enthusiastic going above and beyond to help me when I misplaced my necklace.
  
  This is the best Steve Nash location that I've had the pleasure of visiting. Thanks!

  I like that it is never too busy and everyone is helpful and friendly, energy is amazing! DJ actually makes it so much more motivating to workout. Very clean and organized, has every machine that you can imagine and the staff will literally help with anything you ask for. (Even to charge my phone or for a hair tie). There is childminding area for kids which is amazing because no other gyms in the area have it. Worth every dollar.

  One of the best gyms I’ve been to. Starting off with the management and staff they are extremely friendly and helpful. They help you find a gym plan that’s best for you and budget friendly. Everything from the weights and machines to the steam rooms is top class. Really done a great job:)
