Installation was handled without fuss or mess. Good cleanup and onsite setup of smart thermostat and customer education on its use.

(May 11, 2022, 12:09 am)Thompson had installed a/c and heat pump systems in our complex in Surrey and we had heard good reports about them and their personnel and so our expectations were high. When they came this week to complete the installation our already high expectations were exceeded by Aaron and his team. The installation was absolutely first class from prompt arrival to the clean up and instructions on the operation of the new air conditioning system. In addition the support team in the office and the sales executive who sold us have also been excellent. I highly recommend this company.

(April 21, 2022, 8:18 pm)We used Thomson to get a new furnace and heat pump installed in our townhouse. They were very helpful from start to finish. Helped us navigate the government rebates, apply for financing to use while we wait on rebates. The installation was very smooth and the employees very professional. They helped me install the app on my phone and showed me how to work it even though they'd had a long day and finished up late. Would definitely recommend Thomson.

(March 16, 2022, 3:07 am)Techs came on time to install central A/C as contracted. They worked steadily all day in order to complete the job. They were hard working, polite, and left everything clean and tidy..Front office staff easy to deal with.
I will have to wait til summer to know how well the A/C works.
My only complaint is that I was not offered a choice of thermostat. The one installed is a very basic programmable thermostat. I didn’t like the ‘recovery’ mode so had to figure out how to disable it. Other than that, all is good so far.. -
