(March 17, 2023, 4:50 am)Zakari and Brandon from Moore and Russell installed a Mitsubishi heat pump in my condo. They worked without stopping for the better part of two days, competently and efficiently, and figured out the best ways to solve issues so that I could get what I wanted. While any such installation causes a certain amount of disruption and mess, they did what they could to keep things tidy, and cleaned up as best they could afterwards. It has only been a day since they finished, so I don't have enough experience with it to speak about the equipment, but I can say that the installation process as conducted by Zak and Brandon was excellent.

They took us through step by step on what their plan was to install the new furnace and didn’t waste any time getting started. We were quoted 4 hours and the job was done in 3 which was impressive. We recommend Moore and Russell if you need a new furnace because our experience was great and pricing was very affordable.

(August 15, 2022, 10:31 pm)Our experience with Hamid was first rate because he clearly and effectively explained and then carried out the scheduled maintenance, providing additional tips as he proceeded. In addition, we wanted to install a UV lamp in our system especially to prevent the growth of mould on the air-con coils and in the ducts. Happily, Hamid had such a unit with him and he was able to install it on the spot without having to schedule another visit. We really appreciated this. While installing it, Hamid gave me excellent suggestions on how to get the most out our addition. This is the second great service from Moore and Russell since we bought our system last year. Two thumbs up.

Zak and Jessie who came to do the install were on time, professional and respectful of our home, and left the spaces they used clean and tidy. Al, who gave us the quote, was very knowledgeable and was able to address our concerns and questions and provided good options for our price range. When I had to call the company, if we were unable to connect they always called back within the same day.
Great experience from start to finish!
