(October 25, 2021, 2:43 pm)I inquired about an issue my elliptical machine was having. Kevin responded to my request in a very prompt and professional manner. When I decided that the cost of a repair visit wouldn't be worth it (given the age and cost of my machine), Kevin still followed up with helpful advice. In fact, thanks to his advice, my wife and I were able to repair the machine ourselves! Kevin took the extra time to help us even though there was no profit in it for him. I highly recommend Total Fitness if you are in need of any repairs or service!

Advised what I had and possible issues and the advice that was given wasn’t rushed and next to none. This is a stellar honest run business. Kevin explained the brands and the possible repair costs and directed me on what my options were. I know for sure Kevin saved me money on a repair service call and I know I will be using his services going forward to service my equipment.
