Button and Needlework boutique has been using riptide for approximately 20 years. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend them.
This is the best place in the city. Support local; they have been at it for years and know everything. The service is superb. I have bought my ink here for years and if you buy a printer from them they will provide service like no one else. Who else would set it all up, show you how to do the tricky stuff, and send you on your way with a promise you can call if you need? They even answer their phone! Forget online, just go to Riptide.
Riptide Computers has been excellent to do business with - we have used their services for many years in the Notary practice. A couple of times has seen us short on supplies, they went out of their way to ensure we were looked after and all other times they have provided great service. We will continue our relationship without hesitation.

Excellent service!! I have used this business for 2 years now. Never a problem. I recently had a suspect defective print cartridge, and it was cheerfully replaced, free of charge. If you also consider that the cost of the ink cartridges are usually one third to one quarter the cost of ink cartridges ANYWHERE else... online or not...it's hard to ignore the value of this company for businesses and public alike in Victoria.
