From when Stan first came to visit and advise us, keeping us informed every step of the way, to the actual installation by his fantastic team. They were punctual, courteous, friendly, reliable and their workmanship was second to none! The end result is of impeccable quality above and beyond what we ever expected. We highly recommend Retroteck window company and will definitely use them again for future work. Best work I've had done for years. Many thanks.

(July 26, 2017, 5:10 am)Estimate was substantially less than Centra and Van Isle and install time was half the time quoted by the other companies 2 days compared to 1 week.Phil the sales representative was straight forward and informative.Dan and his crew were pleasant and respective, fast and clean and took away all the old glass,screens and garbage. We had 33 windows replaced and a patio door. They were in and out within 2 days with the exception of one window being cracked which was replaced the following week and took about 30 mins. The house has been staying much cooler through the heat this past couple of weeks and is much more sound proof. I would recommend Retro Teck

Everything from the initial consultation and estimate, through installation was professional and timely. They were able to accommodate the unusual window sizes with no time issues, and competitive pricing. The installers were professional and friendly, and kept the work site clean. The quality of the windows is also excellent! We are so happy with the transformation of our house with the beautiful new windows!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

(March 3, 2017, 12:43 am)Retroteck installed my windows and couple of sliding doors. It was my first time buying windows and Phil took his time to explain the different options I could go with. Their price was good and the crew did an excellent job from start to finish, took away all the old windows and left no mess behind. The windows and doors were well installed and look great. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends and family.
