Dawn was extremely patient with our millons of questions, always made herself available to talk and was very organized! (April 11, 2022, 6:54 pm)Dawn is the most amazing realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with , she is so knowledgeable and helpful and even when the stress came up when I thought I wouldn’t make it she was calm and right there to help in anyway and make this the easiest transition possible from listing my old home to finding a new one right down to my family moving into the new house :) I cannot recommend her enough because she isn’t just a realtor she is your right hand gal from every step and truly makes selling and purchasing a home the easiest and most amazing experience.

What I appreciated the most was how realistic she was with timeline and pricing of the house we sold. Turns out she was right on the money with her prediction!
