  George was recommended to us as a realtor with both strong expertise and professional integrity. He did not disappoint! George was helpful in answering all our questions and offered good suggestions around things we had not considered.
  
  This enabled us to ready our home for selling with a clear plan and a reasonable timeline. George made two visits to our property prior to listing to ensure we presented a move in ready home to the market.

  I have used George's services twice and I would use them again. This most recent time, I was operating under a tight deadline in a slow market. It was absolutely essential that I sold in a timely manner. George helped me develop a killer strategy. A week after we went on the market, we had an offer within a couple thousand of our asking price (George was able to successfully negotiate the margin even closer!). What was more, he quickly helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a new place. Three weeks here and I couldn't be more pleased. When it comes to buying or selling a house, George is the best guide you could ask for. Whether the market is the wild west or slow as molasses, he'll give you the best range of options available. He is always readily available, easy-going, and will not let you settle. I would vouch for George any day of the week - Van De Walle has it all!

  His knowledge and experience is excellent, his communication was open and honest and I was never left wondering..
