We felt we were in great hands. We had very little stress as Matt was only a text or phone call away to easy any and all anxieties.
Matt went above and beyond even after possession to resolve any and all issues or concerns regarding our lovely new home.

(March 25, 2021, 5:15 pm)My wife and I worked with Matt Labas on our most recent home sale and purchase. Matt is extremely hard working and knowledgeable. We must have seen over 50 houses over a 6 month span and he never once made us feel like we were wasting his time. He was able to give really good advice when it came to the negotiating stage and always made himself available when we needed him, even later into the evenings. When selling our home, he set up 3 open houses to ensure that as many people saw our home as possible. He met with us months before we put our home on the market to advise on the best ways to maximize the sale of our home. I would highly recommend using Matt for your home sale or purchase.

(March 10, 2021, 6:28 pm)As first time home buyers, my partner and I were not the most well versed in real estate knowledge. It was for sure a fear of ours going into the buying process making a mistake, or choosing the wrong property. From the first time we reached out to Matt he was responsive, and very attentive to finding the right home for US. It became obvious quickly that his priority was ensuring we found our home, even if that meant driving across the city and seeing a new build one day and a 100 year old house the other. He took time to be aware of our comments and find properties that aligned with our values and what we needed out of a home.
Once we found our home he was incredibly transparent about the entire process, walking us through each step in a very detailed fashion. Not once did we feel alone, and anything we could possibly think of (silly or not silly) was answered by Matt with the utmost care. He connected us to amazing people such as lawyers, inspectors, and lending agents but placed no pressure on us to use them.
Now we are in our home which meets all of our dreams and more! Another bonus? Significantly under budget... leaving us so much room to put our own touch on the home.
We aren’t planning on selling anytime soon, but if we are... we would go straight back to Black Label no questions asked.
